Mary Mildram

Mary holds a Master of Science in Counseling from The University of Memphis and has been an integral part of the Bailey & Greer team since 2016. She initially joined us as an Intake Specialist before advancing to the role of Paralegal, where she managed personal injury and product liability claims. In 2024, Mary transitioned to the position of Human Resources Director, reflecting her dedication and the firm’s growth.

As Human Resources Director, Mary is dedicated to crafting a centralized, solution-oriented HR experience for our entire team. Her focus is on streamlining office procedures, optimizing team performance, and nurturing a culture that prioritizes professional development while aligning with our core values.
