Eric H. Espey
Attorney
Since first becoming an attorney in 2005, Eric has always focused on working for real people faced with difficulties or injustice in need of help from a compassionate attorney.
Eric has legal experience in various civil litigation matters ranging from jury trials in cases where he represented injured people, to helping others navigate the legal aspects of personal and family issues. The pride that he takes from all of those experiences is in making a positive difference in the community, one person at a time.
In addition to cases at the trial level in state and federal court, Eric has appeared in cases before the Tennessee Supreme Court, the Tennessee Court of Appeals, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
In his time away from work, Eric most enjoys the blessings that are his wife and three children. He is an avid fan of the English Premier League and the Memphis Grizzlies. He has also been an active volunteer youth soccer coach for several years, enjoying the opportunity to help kids grow self-confidence through sports, develop positive relationships with peers, and learn the value of selfless teamwork.
