Brooklyn Bumpus

Brooklyn joined Bailey & Greer in January 2024 as our intake coordinator. Prior to joining our firm, Brooklyn worked as an office manager and insurance coordinator for several years. After taking a few years off to care for her little ones, Brooklyn wanted something fresh and exciting, where she could expand her knowledge, help others, and better herself for her future and her family. Brooklyn was eager to bring her experience, knowledge, and skills to Bailey & Greer.

As our intake coordinator, Brooklyn has one of the most important jobs in our firm. She is usually the first person our clients speak with when they call and makes the first impression. Brooklyn has a bright personality that ensures that every person that calls our office feels comfortable, safe, and respected. Brooklyn’s role allows her to talk to people on a personal level, learn so many interesting things, and shows her how much time and dedication truly go into each case.

Since taking on this role, Brooklyn has gained a new respect for the legal field and all the blood, sweat, and tears that the firm devotes to each and every client. She is excited to be a part of the firm and can’t wait to see what opportunities arise. For Brooklyn, THE SKY IS THE LIMIT.

When she’s not working hard at the firm, Brooklyn’s working hard at home. Brooklyn has a son and daughter who keep her young and on her toes. She is happily married to her amazing husband, and she has three rowdy pups: Emma, Penny, and Nellie. Brooklyn also owns an embroidery business on the side, which was once just a fun hobby to keep her busy. Brooklyn loves a good football game and any extra time she can spend with friends and family.
