Bailey & Greer Obtain $3.7 Million Jury Verdict Against Celadon Trucking
A Shelby County, Tennessee jury returned a $3.7 million verdict against Celadon Trucking Services on May 30, 2013. The lawsuit arose from a rear-end collision that occurred on I-55 in Memphis, TN involving two tractor trailers. Bailey & Greer represented Donriel Borne, the driver who was rear-ended in the crash. After a contentious two week trial, the jury found the defendant, Indiana based Celadon Trucking Services, liable for past and future lost wages, physical pain, mental suffering, and loss of enjoyment of life.
