Drunk Driver Kills Memphis Newspaper Carrier Angela McGhee
Justin Click had been drinking at Club 152 into the earlier morning hours of June 17, 2013. He crashed into a vehicle being driven by Rosetta McGhee on Elvis Presley Boulevard around 3:30 a.m. Angela McGhee, the daughter of Rosetta McGhee, was in the back sit assisting with the delivery of newspapers for the Commercial Appeal. Angela reportedly died on the scene. Justin Click was arrested for DUI and vehicular homicide. His bond was set a $100,000.
Justin Click will likely face civil litigation as a result of this crash. Club 152 may also face civil liability under Tennessee's Dram Shop act.
